Leigh Rasmussen, LCADC, CPRS joined CGE in March 2021 as Program Manager of the Adolescent Residential. In her role, Leigh oversees both the clinical and administrative staff, in addition to managing the daily activity and operations of the program. Prior to joining CGE, Leigh dedicated 14 years to working with at-risk youth at an adolescent residential program New Jersey, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of residential treatment. As a result of Leigh’s unwavering work ethic and dedication to quality care, she received multiple promotions throughout her tenure, assuming positions in direct care, management and clinical support. One of her more notable accomplishments included an effort to create a reentry program that provided counseling and support to young adults. Leigh and her amazing husband are both lifelong New Jersey residents. They enjoy spending time outdoors with their dog.
